Step Into Mondays With DanceFit!
Where Fitness Meets Fun and Community!

Monday evenings are for moving, smiling, and feeling fantastic! My DanceFit class is designed for everyone - no dance experience required, just a willingness to have fun and try something new.

We kick off with a gentle warm-up to get your body ready, then dive into a series of dance-inspired cardio routines. Each song has its own set of moves, making every track a fresh experience. You will find yourself grooving, laughing, and maybe even forgetting you are working out! We wrap up with a relaxing cool down, leaving you energized and proud.

But DanceFit is more than just exercise:-

It is a boost for your heart, lungs, and mood
It helps you build strength, coordination, and confidence
It is a chance to de-stress, let go, and just enjoy moving
Most importantly, it is a welcoming space where everyone supports each other - no judgment, just encouragement and good vibes.
